Recovery Made Simple
we bridge the gap
Designed by orthopedic specialists, Trainer Rx helps healthcare providers maintain strong patient relationships throughout the lifecycle of an injury. Medical professionals can use Trainer Rx tools and protocols to achieve better patient experiences, greater satisfaction and improved outcomes
injury to recovery
Prepopulated protocols called “pathways” – which are compiled using peer reviewed and published protocols – lead patients through the nuances of their specific injuries. Each pathway ties directly to a diagnosis, ensuring accurate, injury-appropriate information.
every step of the way
Sessions include clear audio, video, and text based instructions, which lead patients through rehabilitation pathways derived from a patent pending computer driven response system. A dashboard display is provided for both healthcare providers and patients, to easily see progress, achievements, goals and rewards.
For me getting patients on Trainer Rx spine exercises is like a dream come true.

Whether it’s a broken ankle or a torn ACL, an injury can change a patient’s life forever. From the moment of occurrence, the road to recovery following injury can feel like a daunting process.
Patients often don’t understand or remember all that was said at the time of their evaluation. Trainer Rx empowers them with up-to-date information from the moment of diagnosis.
After logging in, the patient receives a customized recovery pathway. Prior to beginning the first round of exercises, patients read a detailed overview of the pathway, including instructions on what to expect.
Sessions are customized based on patient feedback, which allows the individual to move at a pace that feels comfortable. Depending on the amount of time chosen by the patient, each session can last between ten minutes and a full hour.
We provide improved care coordination and accountability. Patients are empowered, understanding their diagnosis, treatment and what it takes to recover, every day. Goals, rewards and badges add an element of fun, to keep them motivated. The doctor and patient dashboard clearly displays the results of each session, including participation, progress, achievements and difficulties.
Trainer Rx gives patients a tool to rehabilitate their injury. By the end of the pathway, the patient will be back to work or sport feeling better than ever.
rehabilitation and recovery pathways
Our research based protocols reflect the most appropriate, forward thinking rehabilitation available today. Exercises advance as patients improve in strength, coordination and balance, when the patient indicates readiness. Biology of healing is always taken into consideration.
The Trainer Rx experience begins with the dashboard. Patients set goals, receive rewards, engage in daily workouts, track progress and provide validated outcome data. This information is then shared with any member of the recovery team.
custom exercise content
Each pathway offers a series of video exercises tailored to the injury. Stunning HD video with audio and text, highlights each exercise and includes detailed instructions on form and movement.
Patients receive detailed information about what to expect before and after surgery. This includes detailed video direction on how to perform activities, such as wound care, showering, assisted walking, cast care and how to integrate recovery exercises before and after a planned operation. These are the FAQ’s of perioperative care.
At designated intervals, patients will receive a series of questions related to their injury. These are subjective, validated questionnaires from the literature based on clinical diagnosis or a surgical procedure.
